Children 5–7

Play-based coaching that helps young children recognise and name feelings through stories, drawing, and simple games. Sessions focus on building emotional vocabulary, trust, and everyday strategies for calming down when things feel “too big.”

Children 8–12

Focused sessions to understand anxiety and manage anger in healthy ways. Using gentle CBT, NLP, and mindfulness techniques, children learn how thoughts affect feelings and how to shift unhelpful thinking into calmer, more controlled responses at school and home.

Teens

A confidential, non‑judgemental space to talk openly about anxiety, low mood, identity, and relationships. Sessions help teens understand what’s behind their emotions, build self‑esteem, and develop healthier ways to manage stress and communicate.
