Scope of service

Sessions provide supportive conversations informed by educational practice and NLP. They are not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or medical treatment.

Professional status

Anne-Marie is a primary educator with over 20 years experience and NLP-trained practitioner with PVG/Enhanced Disclosure. She is not a registered healthcare professional.

Safeguarding & confidentiality

Confidentiality applies except where there is risk of serious harm to you or others, or where law requires disclosure.

If you are in immediate crisis, contact emergency services (999), your GP, NHS 111, or Samaritans (116 123) before any session.

Medical concerns

We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. We may signpost you to appropriate support if needed.

Payments, cancellations, and conduct

Payments are taken at the time of booking. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be refunded, minus a £5 admin fee to cover payment processing charges. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to end a session that breaches safe conduct.
