- How thoughts affect feelings and actions
- CBT and NLP tools to turn anxious thoughts into coping thoughts
- Mindfulness skills to calm and refocus
How it works
- 6 weekly sessions, small group, age‑appropriate
- Mix of short lessons, games, role‑play, and take‑home practice
- Each week your child gets a tool to use at home (e.g., breathing, imagery, diaries)
- Total cost: £75 for the block
